Ingredients
- 60 mlPisco
- 30 mlFresh Lime Juice
- 20 mlSimple Syrup — 1:1
- 20 mlFOAMY WHITES
- 3 dashesAngostura Bitters
Method
- 01Fill a shaker with large, solid ice cubes.
- 02Add all ingredients except bitters.
- 03Shake hard for approximately 10–12 seconds.
- 04Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 05Finish with three drops of Angostura bitters on the foam.
